Donation Policy and Guidelines

Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM) is committed to giving back to the community through the donation of race used items and memorabilia. However, due to the overwhelming amount of donation requests received annually, we have established the following guidelines to serve as a framework for fair and impartial distribution of items.

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in denial.

All requests must be made in writing on organizational letterhead and mailed to:

All requests must be received eight (8) weeks prior to the event date, no exceptions. All requests must also include the Charitable Contribution Request form.

*No requests received by fax will be accepted.
*KBM only makes donations directly to organizations defined as tax-exempt under Section 501-(c3) of the IRS code. No third party requests.
*KBM focuses on serving charitable, non-profit agencies in North Carolina and Nevada. *Requests from organizations outside of those states will not be considered.

All organizations that receive a donation must return the KBM Auction Record Form. The organization holding the fundraiser is responsible for returning the form to KBM upon completion of auction. We will not be able to donate another item to the organization until we have received a copy of the complete Auction Record Form.

*Due to the volume of requests, KBM is unable to make monetary donations or sponsor other race teams at any level.
*All items donated are at the discretion of KBM.
*Please limit donation requests to one (1) per calendar year.
*Submitting a donation request does not guarantee a donation. Receipt of a donation does not guarantee future support.
*Decorations or donations for parties, reunions or sport-themed rooms cannot be fulfilled.

It is our policy that all organizations within a 50 mile radius of KBM pick up their donation during regular business hours at our Mooresville facility.
